About the Role As a Midday Supervisor, you'll: Oversee the safe and orderly movement of children to and from the dining hall. Supervise lunch and playtime, fostering positive behaviour and companionship. Promote kindness, respect, and inclusivity across the playground and hall. Identify and address hazards, ensuring breaktimes are safe and incident-free. Clean dining areas post-meal-clearing tables, benches, and spillages. Support lunchtime games and social interactions, building a happy school community. Report any concerns promptly to Senior Leadership, ensuring swift and responsible action.
