Who are we looking for?
When working as an Installations Engineer, you will have to bring your best skills to light which will include:
1. Good working knowledge of intruder alarms (additional experience in the wider product range; CCTV, entry and access control systems, and fire alarms is an advantage)
2. Knowledge of electrical components such as relays and resistors, as well as the ability to read multi-meters, continuity meters, and be able to take and record readings
3. Basic IT knowledge, e.g. software installation into Windows Operating Systems, IP based systems, and networking principles
4. Excellent client service skills with a strong customer focus
5. Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment and being able to manage conflicting priorities, effectively managing expectations when required
6. Flexibility towards working hours and everchanging working requirements, to ensure operational needs are met
7. Clean valid driving license
