We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive all-through school in the East Grinstead area. Key Responsibilities: * Provide one-to-one and small group support for students with SEMH needs across primary and secondary phases. * Work collaboratively with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and external agencies to implement behaviour and learning strategies. * Assist in the development and delivery of personalised learning plans. * Support the emotional wellbeing of students, helping them to build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships. * Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment.
