About the Role

* Friendly and thoughtful service – providing excellent customer experience every day, supporting with tasks on the post office counter, and managing the store when necessary.

* Developing the capabilities of your team through coaching and training, fostering an inclusive culture where everyone's voice is valued and respected.

* Maintaining a safe, legal, and fully operational store environment.

* Managing diligence checks and stock accuracy to ensure a great shopping experience for customers.

* Supporting the Store Manager by deputising when they are not working and delivering various HR processes.

* Leading the introduction of new products and services in the store, working closely with the team to implement change and encourage open feedback.

* BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS WITH THE LOCAL COMMUNITY AND SUPPORTING THE STORE MANAGER WITH THE DELIVERY OF THE CO-OP COMMUNITY PLAN.
