Job Summary
Job Purpose:
As a Psychologist, you will oversee the psychological care of individuals with ADHD by providing assessments, formulating treatment plans, and delivering specialist psychological interventions. You will lead a remote-based psychology team and ensure the use of evidence-based practices such as CBT, mindfulness-based approaches, and behavioral therapies tailored to ADHD management.
Main duties of the job
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a clinical caseload of individuals with ADHD, conducting remote assessments, and designing treatment plans.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary remote team, contributing to clinical meetings, and driving innovations to enhance service delivery.
* Support the clinical team in developing individualized strategies to improve patient outcomes and engagement.
* Participate in service development initiatives, ensuring the implementation of best practices and innovative approaches.
* Contribute to governance processes and quality improvement activities.
