Job Summary: As a Senior / Principal Engineer, you will play a key role in shaping our client's projects and driving projects forward.
Key Skills Required:
* Experience in flood risk assessments and drainage strategy reports.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microdrainage / Flow, Civil 3D for infrastructure design.
* Ability to liaise with clients, stakeholders, and manage third-party relationships.
* Experience in preparing fee proposals and representing the company at meetings and public consultations.
* Willingness to undertake site visits and support environmental teams.
Candidate Profile:
We seek a highly capable engineer with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The candidate should be organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently and within a team.
Qualifications:
* BSc or BEng degree in Civil Engineering, Geography, or related field, 2.1 or above.
* Professional development towards Chartered status.
* Strong analytical and numeracy skills.
Experience:
* Minimum 5 years UK experience in highways, flood risk, and drainage projects.
* Understanding of residential development is advantageous.
* Proficient in design and report production, with attention to detail.
