What You’ll Do
* Research & map markets: build structured, insight-led talent maps and stay close to industry trends.
* Engage with candidates: lead first-round conversations, qualify motivations, and represent opportunities with confidence.
* Support delivery: organise interviews, capture feedback, and maintain clear communication throughout.
* Drive insight: keep our CRM accurate and use data to spot patterns and identify new opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
* 2–4 years’ experience in a professional environment (Big Four, consultancy, accountancy, law, or similar).
* Strong analytical skills, natural curiosity, and clear communication.
* A desire to work in a more entrepreneurial environment, where ideas are heard and ownership comes early.
* Commercially minded, organised, and able to balance detail with delivery.
