(Not employed · Not subcontract labour)

Earning Potential

£60,000 – £120,000+ per year (predictable, performance-based)

About MJP Electrical

MJP Electrical is redefining what it means to be a self-employed domestic electrician.

We combine the freedom of running your own business with the structure, systems, brand power and job flow of a fast-scaling premium trade network.

Most electricians don’t fail because of their skills — they get stuck because of:

•Inconsistent work

•Poor leads

•Endless admin

•Chasing payments

•No clear progression

Our Partner 2026 model removes those bottlenecks.

We generate and convert the work.

We manage scheduling, customer support and payments.

You focus on high-quality installs, great client experience, and earning predictably.

We’re expanding rapidly across the South West and South Wales and are selectively recruiting accredited, service-driven electricians who want to build long-term income, pride and progression — not just fill gaps in the diary.

The Opportunity (This Is Not a Typical “Subbie” Role)

This is a micro-franchise style partnership, designed for electricians who want:

•Consistent, local work

•A clear earning framework

•Strong operational support

•A pathway to leadership or franchise ownership

You’ll operate under the MJP brand while remaining fully self-employed — with defined standards, systems and progression tiers:

Standard → Growth → Elite → TradeStarz Franchise Pathway

Services You’ll Deliver

You’ll deliver high-quality domestic electrical services, including:

•EICRs & EICR remedials

•Rapid response & quick repairs

•Consumer unit upgrades

•EV charge point installations

•Full & partial rewires

•VIP consultations & on-site quotations

•Upsells and client upgrade opportunities

All work is supported by clear scopes, pricing logic and quality systems.

How You Earn (Points-Based, Transparent, Proven)

Partners earn through our Points System:

•£20 per point (base level)

•Each job type carries a fixed, known point value

•Commission on upsells and upgrades

•Commission on new client acquisition

•Materials margin opportunities

📈 £57,000+ worth of points allocated every month (and growing)

Consistent partners regularly earn:

•£60k+ at Standard

•£80–£100k at Growth

•£120k+ at Elite

Elite Partner Benefits (Unlocked Through Performance)

Elite Partners gain access to:

•Higher point rates

•Full quoting authority

•Materials rebates

•Own P&L visibility

•Supplier incentives

•Recruitment & leadership bonuses

•Future franchise ownership opportunities (TradeStarz)

This is a performance-led model with real upward mobility, not capped day rates.
