More Than Just a Job
We’re looking for a talented People Experience Assistant Manager who thrives in a people-focused environment and sees challenges as opportunities for growth. Qualifications and Skills:
* Management experience in a fast-paced HR advisory or coordinator role, with the ability to meet strict deadlines and handle conflicting priorities.
* Ability to travel across offices including London, Colchester, Maidenhead, and Maidstone.
* Experience in professional services (desirable).
* Willingness to assist with routine tasks and to 'muck in' as needed.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Capability to manage a heavy workload with minimal supervision.
* Proficient IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) at an intermediate level.
Key Responsibilities:
* Contribute to HR strategy aligned with the firm’s Business Plan, focusing on Resourcing, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Relations.
* Participate in HR planning and review meetings.
* Manage projects and priorities as directed by the Senior HR Manager, ensuring timely delivery within resources.
* Review and improve HR processes, providing recommendations for improvement.
* Meet regularly with Engagement Partners and People Operations Partners to provide HR updates.
* Prepare and present HR reports and management information.
* Advise on employment legislation and HR policy updates.
* Stay informed on HR best practices and contribute to policy development.
* Support communication of HR policies and procedures across the firm.
* Consult with staff on HR matters as needed.
