As aCommunity Nurse, you will provide high-quality, home-based care to patients undergoing Peritoneal Dialysis (PD), including both adults and children. Youll play a key role in ensuring safe, effective treatment in the community.
Key Responsibilities
* Support patients with Automated and Manual Peritoneal Dialysis
* Connect and disconnect PD machines during home visits
* Administer IV medications and monitor patient observations (e.g., blood pressure, weight)
* Perform catheter site care and dressing changes
* Maintain a clean and safe environment, manage stock and waste
* Communicate with hospital PD units when clinical advice or intervention is needed
* Provide care to both adult and paediatric patients in their own homes
About You -To be considered for this role, you must have:
* Valid NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse or Childrens Nurse
* Minimum 2 years post-registration experience
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Essex
* Previous community experience is desirable but not essential

* Annual salary of £36,000 with £4,800 guaranteed car allowance paid monthly (£40,800 per annum)

Working Pattern:
* No night shifts
