We re working with a market-leading organisation to recruit a talented Financial Accounting Manager to oversee reporting for a key business unit and play a pivotal role in strategic decision-making.
In this role you will:
* Deliver accurate, timely monthly management accounts and group reporting packs.
* Be the key contact for Group Finance and external auditors, leading audits with confidence.
* Manage, mentor, and develop a small finance team.
* Oversee purchase ledger operations, payroll checks, and ensure robust internal controls.
* Reconcile balance sheets, maintain fixed assets and lease records, and manage intercompany transactions.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control activities with senior stakeholders.
* Lead process improvements and maintain strong financial governance.
* Assist with sustainability reporting and R&D tax claim preparation.
What we re looking for:
* Fully qualified ACCA or CIMA accountant.
* Strong financial and management reporting experience.
* Sound knowledge of IFRS and ERP systems.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
* A proactive, detail-focused approach with the confidence to lead under pressure.
