Systems Analyst - Team Leader - Pensions
Our client is extremely busy and looking for Pension System Analysts who are ready to take that next step up into a management role, perhaps you're currently running a team, but would like to concentrate all your efforts on coaching & mentoring the team.
Team size will depend on your ability to own and deliver projects and how many people you can effectively manage.
You will have come from a Pensions background and ideally Team Leading people working on similar projects as listed below.
- Pensions Data Transfer
- Client Onboarding
- Implementation
- System Configuration
- GMP
- BIBO - Buy in - Buy out
- Pension projects

Responsibilities:
* Takes overall responsibility for the team’s workload and monitors the team's performance against deadlines, offering coaching and mentoring.
* Resource planning, communicates any resource concerns
* Training Needs Analysis - TNA
* Managing and measuring the team using actual data, creating a fair and transparent culture
* Undertakes formal Personal Development Reviews in addition to 1-2-1 meetings
* Hiring and recruiting future team members
* Offering regular feedback to the team
This will be a hybrid role and one which will give you freedom, but equally being hands on with your team.
