We are recruiting for experienced Aerospace Paint Sprayer to join our team.
You'll apply primers, topcoats, and specialty finishes to aerospace components, ensuring high-quality standards in appearance and durability.
Responsibilities - Aerospace Paint Sprayer
* Prepare surfaces of aerospace components by cleaning, masking, and sanding to ensure proper paint adhesion.
* Mix and apply primers, paints, and coatings using spray guns and other application equipment according to technical specifications and manufacturer guidelines.
* Maintain and operate paint sprayer equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition and properly calibrated.
* Inspect painted surfaces for defects, such as runs, sags, or unpainted areas, and perform touch-ups as necessary.
* Work with quality control to ensure finished products meet customer specifications and industry standards.
* Follow all safety protocols
* Properly disposing of hazardous materials according to regulations.
* Keep accurate records of materials used, processes followed, and completed work.
* Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
* Paint Sprayer to Aerospace standards
Skillset / Experience required - Aerospace Paint Sprayer
* 5 years of industrial painting experience (aerospace/automotive preferred).
* Knowledge of painting processes, equipment, and safety regulations.
* Ability to read technical drawings and work independently.
* Physical ability to work in a paint booth and wear a respirator.
* Powder Coating experience
