Job Description
Must be eligible to live and work in the UK and possess a current work visa. All applicants must provide documented evidence of eligibility as part of the recruitment process. Contract – Full Time (5 days working between Monday & Sunday)
- Act as the face of IBIS Budget London Whitechapel, extending a warm welcome to guests and putting their well‑being at the heart of everything you do.
- Be present and visible in the lobby, establishing a warm and personalized relationship with guests to create memorable moments.
- Prioritise guest relations while following required administrative procedures.
- Anticipate guests’ needs, handle requests for information and connect them with the appropriate team members.
- Assist the Food & Beverage team when needed, including jumping to the bar and helping guests.
- Deliver consistent and memorable service to all guests.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure every guest leaves with a wish to return.
- Perform Food & Beverage related tasks such as checking ordered meals upon collection from the kitchen and delivering them to guests.
- Maintain clean and tidy tables and service areas in accordance with procedure manuals.
- Provide efficient, friendly, and professional service, ensuring all guests have a positive experience.
- Maintain an upbeat, sparkling personality and quickly build rapport in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Excellent multitasking and organisational skills.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Availability for flexible work between Monday and Sunday, including night shifts on a rotation basis.
