A lovely company based in Bishop's Stortford need some temporary support in the finance team for an experienced Credit Controller.
Customers are key to them and they take pride in their work ensuring they always deliver the best service. They need someone who also understands that and can manage and support them in a credit function.
Daily duties
* Allocating cash
* Answering customer queries on accounts
* Sending out invoices and credit notes
* Building relationships with customers to ensure payment is made on a timely basis.
* Credit checking new customers and setting up accounts
* Escalating non payers and putting those on stop where needed and if only resolution
* Reconciling payments
* Working closely with the finance and sales teams
You will need to be someone who is able to commit to a temporary assignment, be within commutable distance of Bishop's Stortford as this is office based and confident and autonomous in credit control.
