Compensation: Up to £85k Base + Double OTE
A high-growth SaaS company is scaling rapidly, backed by €12M in funding, with a $250B market opportunity, growing 20% YoY. This is an opportunity to join the Sales Founding Team, working closely with leadership to shape the GTM strategy and drive new business across EMEA.

The Role
As an Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle, from pipeline generation to deal closure, selling a next-gen compliance automation platform into financial institutions, fintechs, and enterprise businesses. You’ll be a key player in expanding the company’s footprint across EMEA, working closely with solutions engineering, marketing, and BDR teams to drive high-value sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Own and manage a pipeline of 20+ opportunities per quarter, closing high-value deals in financial services, fintech, and crypto markets.
* Drive self-sourced pipeline generation, executing strategic outbound campaigns and leveraging inbound leads.
* Sell to line-of-business leaders, demonstrating both technical understanding and clear business outcomes.
* Collaborate with pre-sales engineers, tailoring demos to align with customer needs and solving real compliance pain points.
* Refine and execute a structured sales process, working within a proven ICCE sales playbook (MEDDIC knowledge is a plus).
* Work cross-functionally with marketing, BDRs, and post-sales teams to drive seamless onboarding and expansion.
What Does Success Look Like? You consistently hit and exceed revenue targets, closing deals across multiple EMEA markets and contribute to the evolution of the sales playbook.
Who We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of closing experience (18+ months considered if exceptionally strong).
* Experience selling SaaS into financial services, fintech, crypto, or enterprise risk/compliance.
* Proven track record of outbound pipeline generation, closing deals without relying on brand recognition.
* Ability to manage complex sales cycles, engaging multiple stakeholders and securing mid-market to enterprise-level deals.
* Strong technical and business acumen, able to articulate integration scenarios and high-level ROI to senior decision-makers.
* Self-starter mentality, thriving in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
