The purpose of the role is to seek an exceptional and highly skilled freelance bar manager to oversee the delivery and execution of our events in multiple sites across London. The successful candidate will have at least one year's experience in a management role within hospitality and bar management. As a freelance bar manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of our client’s events, including client liaison and team management. Experience in front-of-house management is essential, along with a strong eye for detail and consistent presentation. Your performance will be monitored through regular manager audits, meetings, agreed event timeframes, achieving excellent guest satisfaction and feedback, and employee quality and retention through positive onsite interaction.

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain an efficient bar and stock room
* Supervise and motivate bar staff
* Handle bar stocks, tills, and cash securely
* Ensure compliance with the venue’s Responsible Service of Alcohol Policy
* Place stock orders
* Interact with customers, serve food and drinks, and maintain high standards of customer service
* Comply with health and safety regulations at all times
* Manage till and counter service
* Support hospitality services and events
* Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
* Ensure food safety and health and safety compliance to meet legal and company standards
* Report hazards and defects
* Lead and train staff with a positive attitude
* Multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment
* Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident, outgoing personality
