Are you a highly organised and proactive professional? We are seeking a dedicated Temporary PA to provide exceptional support to the Executive Director for our charity sector client.
Resonsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level meetings, and handling sensitive correspondence with confidentiality and professionalism. Your proactive approach will help create the optimal conditions for the Director and senior team to focus on delivering impactful objectives that drive the organisation’s mission forward.
Whether working remotely or on-site, your contribution will be adding strategic value.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a PA supporting senior leadership, with strong diary and calendar management skills
Excellent organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
High level of discretion and confidentiality
Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to respond swiftly to ad hoc requests and manage competing priorities
Strong stakeholder management experience
Knowledge of remote working platforms and travel arrangementsOther Requirements:
Ability to work remotely with flexibility
Availability to support the role for a minimum of 2 months
