Oscar Technology has partnered with a leading consultancy to recruit for a skilled Cloud Engineer with strong M365 and Azure experience. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity in a front-of-house, client-facing role.
Job Description
As a Cloud Engineer, you will provide hands-on technical support for Microsoft 365 and Azure services while working closely with dynamic software engineering teams. You\'ll play a key role in service migrations, onboarding/offboarding, ticket prioritisation, and ITIL-based processes. This role also involves consultancy, on-site audits, and producing clear reports for clients, making it ideal for someone looking to step up in their IT engineering career.
Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
* Manage service migrations to new tenants.
* Oversee starters, leavers, and transfers processes.
* Prioritise and escalate user support tickets in line with SLAs.
* Deliver on-site support, audits, and client consultancy.
* Produce high-quality written reports of audit findings and recommendations.
* Support software engineering teams with infrastructure and M365 provisioning.
* Contribute to the design and build of new client environments.
Essential Skills
* Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 and Azure services.
* Proven track record of managing tenant migrations.
* Experience with ITIL processes and ticket management/escalation.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills for client reporting.
* Ability to prioritise workload effectively in fast-paced environments.
* Experience supporting software engineering or technical project teams.
