We are looking for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist / Architectural Technician with over 6 years of UK experience in residential, retail, commercial, and education projects, including proficiency in RIBA Work Stages 4–6 and advanced BIM software skills (Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.). The role involves strong technical detailing, problem‑solving, and project coordination, with excellent communication and teamwork.
* Minimum 6 years’ experience on UK projects across residential, retail, commercial, and education sectors.
* Proven experience in RIBA Work Stages 4–6.
* Advanced proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design/BIM software.
* Strong technical detailing, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
