Responsibilities
* Manage and deliver ground investigations
* Provide technical expertise in contaminated land assessments
* Mentor and guide junior team members
* Produce high-quality reports and deliverables
* Oversee and coordinate on-site work
* Collaborate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Qualifications
* A relevant earth sciences or civil engineering degree
* Significant experience in geotechnical investigations and contaminated land assessments (7-10 years)
* Strong knowledge and competence in either ground investigation (GI) or contaminated land management
* Excellent report writing and communication skills
* Proven ability to manage projects and deliver high-quality results
* A track record in mentoring and supervising junior team members
* Ability to balance fieldwork (site visits) and office-based duties
