Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver whole-class lessons in the teacher’s absence, following pre-planned work.

4. Monitor and report on pupil progress, contributing to assessments.
5. Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
Essential Requirements:
6. HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
7. Previous classroom experience, ideally across multiple year groups.
8. Strongmunication, organisational, and behaviour management skills.
9. A proactive, flexible approach and passion for supporting learning.
