This role is 270- Initially, roles will be fed through our group's top performer and will progress into a 360 desk. We are looking for someone who can work at pace and is an expert delivery person who can think commercially.

Responsibilities:
* Building and managing an engaged network of relevant clients and candidates within the Marketing industry.
* Consistently developing existing relationships with clients. Proactively maximizing business opportunities and increasing market share.
* Managing a full-cycle recruitment process
* Appreciates and provides thought leadership to ensure understanding of the relationship between activity and results
* Managing complex negotiations
* Working within a team to deliver on both individual and team targets
* Positively promote the 3Search brand in the market
* Act as a role model and mentor for new staff, demonstrating values and work ethic while assisting junior recruiters.
* Supports manager with training, standing in when required and driving initiatives and company values.
