Position Overview
As a Sales Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and visitors. You’ll manage reception duties, introduce wellness products, and support doctors in daily operations. Key Responsibilities
* Greet patients and manage enquiries, bookings, and reception tasks (via phone, email, WeChat, and in person)
* Introduce and explain the benefits of herbal teas, supplements, and wellness products based on TCM principles
* Assist clients in selecting products tailored to their body constitution and health goals
* Offer basic diet and lifestyle suggestions rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine
* Support doctors with patient flow, follow-ups, and clinic coordination
* Conduct in-clinic sales and ensure smooth daily operations
* Participate in livestream sessions to educate global audiences and promote international product sales
Qualifications & Requirements
* No formal degree required—interest in health, wellness, or Traditional Chinese Medicine is sufficient
* English proficiency at B1 level (able to handle daily communication)
* Experience in customer service, reception, or sales is an advantage but not essential
* Strong willingness to learn and grow in a wellness-focused environment
