Are you a people person with a real passion for sales? We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Mercedes branch in Perth.
On an average day you’ll be with our customers every step of the way—from the moment they walk through the door to providing a great aftersales experience. This role is heavily sales focused and about helping customers find the right car while building strong, positive relationships through every step of the process.
What’s the job?
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t just any sales job—forget suits, ties and devoting your entire life to the showroom floor. You’ll have the tools to succeed, with a focus on customer service and enjoying your daily work.
As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you’ll help customers from the initial visit through to aftersales, ensuring they find the right car based on their needs and maintaining strong relationships throughout the process. You’ll be supported by comfortable uniforms, staff benefits, and a five-day working week with a commission structure that supports work–life balance.

On an average day, you’ll be…
* Helping customers find the right car based on their needs
* Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer
* Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process
* Selling the right packages for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
* Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping things running smoothly
* Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
* Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and promises
* Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience
The Skills And Qualities You Need…

* A full driving licence held for a minimum of 1 year

* On target earnings of £35,000-£40,000 with uncapped earning potential
