Job Overview
Applications are invited for the post of Domestic Assistant at Ty Llywelyn Medium Secure Unit and Bryn Y Neuadd Hospital site, Llanfairfechan. The position is for 15 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7 on a rota, with 3 hours per day between 15:00 and 18:00, including some weekends and Bank Holidays. The role involves carrying out cleaning and related duties within wards, departments, and public and staff areas.
Main Duties of the Job
Responsible for cleaning and related duties within wards, departments, and public and staff areas. An induction period of 4-6 weeks with on-the-job training will be provided, covering operational cleaning procedures, Health and Safety, and COSHH. Knowledge of Welsh is desirable; applications from Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome.
