Description
White's Foodservice Equipment is a leading provider in the foodservice industry. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional user experiences and maintaining a strong online presence. We are looking for a motivated and creative individual to join our team as a Content Creation & SEO Apprentice.
White's manages a portfolio of seven websites built on WordPress and Shopify, with all website builds and systems handled in-house to ensure high quality and consistency. This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity to work on digital marketing and e-commerce management, including creating content, managing inventory, enhancing user experience, and SEO optimization. You will report to our Web Manager for guidance and support.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation
* Develop engaging content for blogs, product descriptions, and marketing campaigns.
* Create and manage content schedules for regular updates.
* Collaborate on multimedia content, including images and videos.
Inventory Management
* Assist with product listings on WordPress and Shopify.
* Ensure product details are accurate and appealing.
User Experience (UX)
* Assist in improving site navigation and overall experience.
* Provide feedback on usability and performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
* Perform keyword research and apply SEO best practices.
* Optimize content, meta tags, and descriptions for search rankings.
* Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports.
Entry Requirements
GCSE English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above.
Training Details
You will complete a Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketer Apprenticeship, which includes online learning, classroom sessions, workplace training, and independent research. The training covers marketing principles, branding, audience understanding, research methodologies, business objectives, budgeting, campaign planning, content creation, SEO, analytics, and reporting. The apprenticeship concludes with an End Point Assessment, including a report, portfolio, presentation, and professional discussion.
