What You'll Be Doing:
* Developing and implementing a high-impact sales strategy to grow occupancy and revenue
* Building relationships with travel agents, high-end tour operators, corporate retreat planners, and VIP clientele
* Managing direct bookings via digital channels and strengthening customer loyalty
* Collaborating with marketing to align campaigns and seasonal promotions
* Monitoring KPIs and generating regular sales performance reports
* Representing our brand at travel and tourism events, trade fairs, and networking functions
