As part of the Customer Master Data team, you will:
3. Deliver precise and high‑quality customer data services for the council and trust.
4. Process new and updated customer records, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
5. Verify all customer information to ensurepliance with corporate, financial and legislative requirements.
6. Maintain awareness of potentially fraudulent activity, escalating concerns where appropriate.
7. Ensure strict GDPRpliance and always maintain confidentiality.
8. Assist in producing management information andpliance reports using Oracle.
Who We’re Looking ForIdeal candidates will have:
9. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
10. Experience in data processing or master data environments.
11. Confidence working with business systems (Oracle experience desirable).
12. Excellentmunication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
13. Ability to work proactively in a fast‑paced transactional environment.
14. Awareness of dataernance, GDPR and financial processes.
