Job Title: Job Coach
Salary: GBP25,657 pro rata, per annum
The Role
Blackburn College's supported internship and pre-supported internship programme assist young people aged 16-24 with learning difficulties and/or disabilities to find employment. This is supported by a Job Coach who works alongside the client, gradually decreasing the level of support needed.
What are we looking for?
Experience working with learners with learning difficulties and/or disabilities, demonstrating the skills required for a support environment, along with excellent communication skills. A flexible approach and willingness to work outside of normal hours are essential.
