Job Title: Duty Manager | Location: Hereford Leisure PoolJob Type: Permanent, Full time | Salary Listing: £13.50per hourRota: 4 week rolling pattern of weekdays and weekends. 1 weekend in 4. Early shifts from 5.30am. Late shifts finishing at 10.15pm.As a Duty Manager, you are proactive, approachable, calm, and decisive. You will be key in making sure the centre meets its objectives, and be a caring role model who listens to the concerns of their team.The Key Requirements…3 months Previous management/supervisory experience either in a leisure or a service based settingConfidence to use basic IT software - Google Docs/Sheets or equivalentCentres with a pool - the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification or ability to achieve this with Halo's support.Joining Halo Leisure, you’ll learn new skills in management, undertake a funded Level 3 Duty Manager qualification if you wish (or higher if you already hold this), specialise in an area of the business, work at different sites and contribute to the success of the business and the organisation.You will be one of the key people driving the success of the centre and receive a sector leading induction and ongoing training programme.
