Manage sites within agreed budget and liaise with colleagues/clients as necessary Develop an understanding of contracts and limitations Identifying works requiring a S20 process and assist in the process involved Liaise with contractors/clients/colleagues to ensure excellent communication and service is provided to manage expectations.
