They are a technically driven firm with a massive pipeline of work for 2026, offering a stable and professional environment for an experienced surveyor looking to manage high-value projects within a top-tier specialist team.The RoleThis is a key commercial position designed for an experienced surveyor capable of managing the full lifecycle of projects ranging from £2 million to £8 million. Based at the regional headquarters with flexibility for remote work, you will take a lead role in the commercial delivery of diverse schemes, including local education builds, housing frameworks, and major leisure developments in London.
