Job Description

3. Provide comprehensive administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
4. Maintain accurate records, files, and databases to ensure seamless operations.
5. Handle incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with efficiency and professionalism.
6. Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare agendas, and manage logistics for internal and external meetings.
7. Assist with the preparation and formatting of documents, reports, and presentations.
8. Monitor and manage office supplies to ensure all resources are available when needed.
9. Support project coordination and tracking to help meet deadlines and objectives.
10. Act as a point of contact for general enquiries, ensuring a high level of service is maintained.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrator should have:

11. Previous experience in an administrative or support role within a professional environment.
12. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively.
13. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
14. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
15. A proactive approach and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
16. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy.
