Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons tailored to Key Stage 1 pupils.
Foster a positive and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure curriculum consistency and quality.
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil development.
Participate in school activities, meetings, and CPD opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of pupil achievement and behaviour.
What We're Looking For
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience teaching Key Stage 1
Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment frameworks
Excellent classroom management and communication skills
Ability to inspire and motivate young learners
Organised, reliable, and committed to pupil success
