The Litigation Solicitor will be:
Managing a caseload of in‑house litigation matters
Advising on tenancy disputes, possession proceedings and anti‑social behaviour cases
Supporting the organisation on disrepair and enforcement matters
Working closely with housing officers and operational teams
Assisting in developing best practice and risk management processes
Profile
The Housing Solicitor should be:
A solicitor or equivalent with some litigation experience
Ideally familiar with housing law or property‑related disputes
Confident managing their own caseload with appropriate supervision
Able to provide practical, solutions‑focused legal advice
Keen to develop specialist expertise within housing litigation
