What will your role look like?
* A mix of face-to-face interactions, handling incoming calls, and responding to email inquiries
* You'll be the go-to person, providing an excellent level of customer care with confidence and finesse
* Using a cutting-edge computerised ERP system, you'll process invoices, customer orders, and quotes
Don't worry if you haven't used a similar system before – the company will provide on-site training.
