Due to expansion, we are now seeking an experienced IT Administrator to ensure our technology supports our growth.
As well as working with external contractors to ensure any issues are quickly resolved, you will be responsible for reviewing our IT and communication systems to ensure they are fit for purpose as we expand.
To be successful in this role you must have experience in supporting users across multiple locations and dealing with users of all levels. Within this role, you will have the opportunity to oversee and develop the IT and Communications systems for the firm for the future.
Specific Duties include, but are not limited to:
* Assuming complete technical responsibility for incidents, requests, and problems, conducting comprehensive diagnostics with end users and when necessary external contractors to resolve issues.
* Responsible for keeping colleagues notified and informed on the status and progress of incidents and requests in a timely manner.
* Monitor/Review IT and Communications systems to ensure they are running correctly and efficiently, liaising with external contractors when necessary.
* Performing regular maintenance and patching of infrastructure, endpoints, and servers.
* Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats to our IT infrastructure and systems.
* Project manage aspects of systems upgrade and implementation projects.
* Proprietary software support for case management system
To be successful in this role you will need:
* Experience in IT support
* Experience of working remotely across multiple sites
* Strong technical support skills with a focus on IT support and software troubleshooting
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective and demonstrable organisational skills, with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach
* Able to provide full Microsoft Office Suite support
* Knowledge of CMS systems
* Experience of Networking including VPN, Firewall, DNS & TCP.
* Support of Windows, Macs and a basic understanding of IOS and Android devices
* Experience in Legal Services or other regulated environments.
* Experience and knowledge in AI with an active interest in applying AI to the firm's internal business and systems
Job Type:
Full time – hours of work are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm Monday to Friday.
