The Role
We are looking for an exceptional Science leader who can:
* Provide clear, ambitious direction for the Science department
* Drive high standards in teaching, curriculum design, assessment, and outcomes
* Coach, mentor, and develop teachers at all stages of their careers
* Model excellent classroom practice and promote a culture of continuous improvement
* Use data intelligently to raise attainment across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics
* Foster a collaborative team ethos and champion STEM across the school
You will play a key role in shaping the next phase of academic growth and innovation within the faculty.
