A growing organisation is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to support its ongoing ERP and digital transformation journey.This is a fantastic opportunity for a mid-level analyst to work closely with stakeholders, improving processes, supporting a D365 ERP platform, and helping deliver smarter, more efficient ways of working across the business.
You'll play a key role in bridging the gap between business and technology - from requirements gathering and process mapping through to UAT, training and reporting support.
What you'll be doing
* Work with stakeholders to capture requirements and improve business processes
* Support and enhance a D365 ERP system
* Assist with UAT, test planning and issue resolution
* Deliver end-user training and support
* Contribute to reporting and data quality improvements
What we're looking for
* 2+ years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role
* Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems
* Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* A structured approach to process analysis and documentation
Desirable:
* Exposure to Dynamics 365 (D365)
* Experience supporting business systems in a live environment
