Salary: £33,000 - £37,000 (plus profit share and discretionary bonus scheme)
Location: Glasgow (hybrid: home-based Mondays and Fridays, office-based Tuesday to Thursday)

We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager who’s as comfortable building strong client relationships as they are rolling up their sleeves to plan and deliver exceptional marketing work.
This is a hands-on, strategic and creative role, perfect for someone who thrives in an agency environment, enjoys owning accounts end-to-end, and takes pride in their work.

About the role
As our new Account Manager, you'll:
* be the primary day-to-day contact for several key clients
* lead client campaigns from brief to delivery
* develop insight-driven marketing strategies tailored to client goals
* manage and prioritise multiple projects with ease
* work collaboratively with our digital, design, and content specialists
* ensure work is delivered on time, on budget, and to a high standard
* spot opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement
This isn’t a pure relationship role; you’ll actively shape and implement marketing programmes, not just oversee them.
What we’re looking for
You’ll be a great fit if you have:
* proven experience as an Account Manager (or similar agency-side role)
* a broad marketing skillset
* experience developing end-to-end marketing strategies, including insights, audience definition, proposition development, brand positioning, campaign planning, KPI setting and measurement
* experience delivering integrated campaigns across content, events, PR, digital, social media, and print
* excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple live projects
* confident client-facing communication
* a proactive, positive mindset and a willingness to get stuck in

* Built environment, retail, or property sectors
* Placemaking/destination marketing
