Job Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join a reputable legal practice at their office in Hove. The firm has been recognised as a top 50 Law Firm by the Financial Times and are seeking a Legal Executive/Solicitor with a good understanding of the market to join their expanding property team.
Duties will include:
* Managing a mixed caseload.
* Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders.
* Post-completion formalities, including Land Registry registrations.
* Drafting various legal documentation.
* Dealing with complex property matters.
* Active involvement in business development.
The successful candidate will:
* Be a qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 6 months+ PQE
* Ability to manage transactions independently.
* Proven track record of meeting targets.
* Have strong interpersonal skills.
* Business development and networking skills.
What they offer:
* Salary depending on experience £40,000 - £65,000
