About the Role We are seeking a highly capable and data-driven PPC & Social Ads Executive to join our growing ecommerce and social media team at ONeills Sportswear. This is a young, dynamic team that plays a key role in developing ONeills social presence, so the right candidate must feel comfortable working in a fast-moving, creative environment. This role will be central to leading and scaling our paid digital advertising efforts across search and social platforms, driving ecommerce sales, brand visibility, and customer engagement. You will take ownership of planning, executing, and optimising paid campaigns with a focus on return on ad spend (ROAS) and customer acquisition cost (CAC). From developing campaign strategies to testing creative concepts and audience targeting, youll play a hands-on role in delivering measurable results and shaping our paid media strategy. Youll also work closely with our content team to ensure your campaigns are supported by engaging, on-brand creative. This is a fantastic opportunity for a performance-driven marketer who thrives on accountability, creativity, and growth. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and emerging platforms, with a focus on ecommerce growth and brand engagement. Manage and optimise paid campaigns, ensuring efficient budget allocation and strong ROI. Oversee campaign structure, ad copywriting, creative testing, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and funnel optimisation. Set up and manage tracking using Google Tag Manager and GA4, ensuring accurate performance reporting. Monitor key campaign metrics (CPC, CPM, CTR, CAC, ROAS) and identify opportunities to drive efficiency. Run A/B tests across creatives, headlines, calls-to-action, and audience combinations to scale performance. Collaborate with in-house content, design, and ecommerce teams to ensure ad creative and landing pages are conversion-focused. Deliver detailed reporting with insights, learnings, and action points for continual growth. Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and advertising policies to keep campaigns competitive and compliant. Contribute to shaping the wider digital strategy through data-driven insights on customer behaviour and attribution. Key Requirements 2 years of hands-on experience managing PPC and paid social campaigns, ideally within an ecommerce or B2C environment. Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns with significant budgets. Expertise with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Ads, Google Tag Manager, and GA4. Advanced skills in campaign optimisation, testing methodologies, and audience segmentation. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable decisions. Why Join Us?
