Responsibilities
* Monitoring production flow to ensure output targets are achieved
* Maintaining and improving processes and procedures
* Minimising cycle times and supporting OEE performance
* Keeping machines running efficiently and addressing issues quickly
* Providing hands‑on supervision while supporting machinists
Experience & Qualifications
* Leading skilled and semi‑skilled shop floor machinists
* Demonstrating strong leadership and people‑management skills
* Motivating and driving workforce engagement
* Problem solving, investigating issues and recommending solutions
* Working knowledge of CNC milling and turning machines
