Pay rate: £31,917 - £32,540 per annum (based on 8 sleeps per month and an hourly rate of £12.60 - £12.90). Opportunities to pick up overtime at an enhanced rate.
Hours: 173 hours per month. The most common shift pattern is 2 days on, 4 days off, with sleep-ins (shifts may vary). Rota provided in advance. We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work.

The Role:
Our homes provide crisis intervention and trauma-informed therapeutic care. Children participate in recreational activities like cinema, swimming, and sports, tailored to their interests.
