Contract/ Permanent - 37 Hours Per week Monday - Thursday
Location: Northumberland Recovery Service, Ashington, NE52 8BL
Northumberland Recovery Partnership supports clients in addiction from 18years and above. We deliver psychosocial interventions we have open access groups that run Monday to Friday, there is also an abstinence active recovery group that runs 12weeeks. Within our service there is a wide range of support options from detoxes/Physical health checks/BBV testing/OST prescribing we work with clients for their individual needs and recovery goals.
Duty Recovery navigator responsibilities will be;
* Managing all new referrals coming into treatment. Providing advice and guidance, comprehensive assessments, brief intervention or extend brief intervention where needed.
* Harm minimisation.
* Safeguarding .
* Liaise with external services.
* Complete external referrals
* First point of contact dealing with all referrals
