This is a key administrative role supporting our operations by managing claims and coordinating asbestos removal projects.
3 days a week – Monday and Friday required, with either Wednesday or Thursday as the 3rd day depending on your preference. 8:30am - 17:00pm
Key Responsibilities
1. Support the management team to ensure daily administrative tasks are completed.
2. Answer incoming calls professionally and direct enquiries appropriately.
3. Liaise with clients, contractors, and policyholders to schedule asbestos removal works.
4. Prepare daily documentation for operatives (e.g., project info sheets, risk assessments, method statements).
5. Check and collect all job-related paperwork and photographic records from operatives.
6. Schedule asbestos sampling appointments and issue necessary paperwork.
7. Maintain and update our claims management systems.
8. Monitor and help achieve service level agreements (SLAs).
9. Manage projects from instruction through to completion.
