Description
* Assist with M&A transactions and related tasks
* Maintain and organize contract libraries
* Track document changes and ensure accuracy
* Carry out legal research and provide administrative support
* Proofread documents and manage case files
* Take notes during meetings and liaise with internal and external stakeholders
Profile
A successful Corporate M&A Paralegal should have:
* LPC or SQE qualification
* Degree-level education
* Previous experience in M&A and insurance matters
* Familiarity with e-discovery tools such as Relativity (advantageous)
* Strong Excel skills
* Additional language skills in French, Russian, or Spanish would be a plus
