Were looking for a proactive, hands-on Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join our respected client in Brackley!
Youll be part of a close-knit team keeping a wide range of agricultural, recycling, and production machinery running safely, reliably, and efficiently. This is a perfect role if you enjoy problem-solving, working across both mechanical and electrical disciplines, and want to make a real impact on site operations.
This is a Full-Time, Permanent position!
What youll be doing
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on agricultural, production, and recycling machinery
* Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults, with a focus on electrical systems
* Fault-finding on motors, gearboxes, conveyors, and 3-phase systems
* Troubleshoot control panels, sensors, drives, and wiring
* Support machinery installations, upgrades, and reliability projects
* Welding and fabrication (guards, brackets, pipework)
* Perform inspections, lubrication, and condition monitoring
* Accurately log all work and ensure Health & Safety standards are met
Hours
MondayFriday, 7:00am-16:30pm
1-in-3 on-call rota (shift allowance of £2,344 per annum)
Pay
£43,000 - £50,000 per annum (DOE, including on-call allowance)

Skills/Experience Required
Essential
* Electrical qualifications with strong mechanical experience
* Maintenance experience in agriculture, farming, recycling, or industrial manufacturing
* Ability to read wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings
* Multi-skilled across both mechanical and electrical disciplines
* Valid UK driving licence
Preferred
* MIG or TIG welding experience (training provided)
