Pay rate: £13.90ph (equivalent to £26,734 FTE salary)

Job description/details
This multifunctional role involves supporting the Valuation Office Agency by investigating and updating domestic property records to improve data quality.
Key Responsibilities
1. Investigate and update residential property data following operational procedures efficiently.
2. Know when to escalate issues or seek support from management.
3. Be flexible to undertake additional responsibilities to support team priorities.
4. Perform repetitive tasks like data input and investigation accurately.
5. Maintain good communication skills, both written and verbal.
6. Resolve issues and queries professionally and tactfully following department guidelines.
Personal Specification / Essential Criteria
We are looking for candidates who are:
1. Flexible and dedicated.
2. Effective communicators and good listeners.
3. Computer literate with good keyboard skills.
4. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; training on other applications will be provided.
5. Willing to learn.
Initial training will be conducted in-office. After passing training and meeting standards, you will be able to follow the VOA's Hybrid Working pattern.
Hybrid Working
The VOA's current hybrid pattern requires working at least 3 days a week (60%) in the designated office, with flexible hours between 7am to 7pm, Monday to Friday, subject to manager approval. Attendance on additional days may be required based on business needs.
Compliance
This role requires a basic DBS check, which Brook Street will facilitate. Employment is contingent on successful DBS clearance and online compliance checks.
